Pardon my French Goal, Step 3 "L'elegance" (BS)

This is the third and final step in the Pardon My French goal, called L'elegance. After completing the parts of this step, it unlocks a heart fountain of some sort.

I haven't yet unlocked the Molten Lava Cake recipe so I can't really do this goal.

L'elegance requirements:

• Serve 5 Molten Lava Cakes (must unlock this recipe first!!), Can skip for 10 Gems (2 Gems per recipe).
• Serve 30 Valentine Cookies (a one day recipe), can skip for 30 Gems (1 Gem per recipe).
• Obtain 5 Clear Measuring Cups, must request these from your neighbors, can skip for 5 Gems (1 Gem per item request).

When this step is complete, the Swan Fountain is unlocked and the following message appears:
