Aspirations Goal, Step 2 "The Tip Jar" (RS)

This is the second step in the Aspirations goal in Restaurant Story. It is called The Tip Jar.

The Tip Jar requirements:

• Serve 5 Heart Steaks (you unlock this recipe in a different set of goals, a 2 hour recipe on the grill), can skip for 15 Gems (3 Gems per recipe).
• Serve 15 Macaroni & Cheeses (a 12 hour recipe), can skip this for 15 Gems (1 Gem per recipe).
• Obtain 10 Charming Valentines, must ask your neighbors for these items, can skip for 20 Gems (2 Gems per item request).
