RS Weekly Update, July 26th

This week in Restaurant Story there were some new decor items for their new Jazz musical type theme. I am loving this theme & I hope they have a new appliance for this theme soon. There were no new recipes in RS this week.

Poseidon Fountain Decor Unlocked

I completed the Phelps Helps set of goals and unlocked the Poseidon fountain finally! Once unlocked, you get ONE of the item for free and then you can buy more of that item for more Gems.  This fountain costs 14 Gems if you want more than one.

The Cupcake Parade & ?? Goals (BS)

There is yet another game install goal in Bakery Story once you finally reach level 12 in City Story Metro. To tell you the truth, I am getting pretty sick of this City Story game, it just isn't very much fun to me. I would rather cook recipes in BS or RS lol. BUT I am sure this next set of goals will give 3 Gems if I ever finish it up.

Rings Fountain Unlocked

I finally am able to do some more updating. Tonight I finished ALL the World Games Goals so I will post about them all over the next few days.

The Rings Fountain is unlocked at the end of the Tracking Tastes set of goals.

When the decor item is unlocked, you get ONE of the item for free, but then you can buy more of them if you want more. This one costs 32 Gems if you want another one.

And this decor item is HUGE, it takes up 4X4 squares so when you are trying to place it in your bakery, make sure you have enough space cleared.

Here's how I decorated around the fountain:

Games Gala Goal, Step 2 "Summer's End" (BS)

This is the second step in the Games Gala goal in Bakery Story World Edition. This goal is somewhat easy, except it is going to take a LONG time unless you've been building lots of Healthy Sweets Machines. I only have two of those machines right now so I am going to be stuck on this step for a while :(

Summer's End goal requirements:

•  Complete the Healthy Sweets Machine, I am sure you can skip this for gems, but that would be silly considering you need the machine for the next part.
• Serve 30 POM and Berry Ice Creams (a 9 hour recipe, on the Healthy Sweets Machine), can skip for 30 Gems.

Reward for completing this step:
2,150 Coins and 50XP

Phelps Helps Goal, Step 4 "1st Place Fountain" (BS)

This is the last goal in the Phelps Helps goal.  I didn't get a screen cap of the last step, but I wrote it out below. As with the rest of the goals in this series of goals, this goal requires the use of gems.

1st Place Fountain goal requirements:

• Obtain 10 Gold Medals, must request these from your neighbors, can skip for 50 Gems.
• Serve 25 Pool Pies (a 12 hour recipe), can skip for 25 Gems.
• Have one Team Duck (costs many gems!), can skip for 5 Gems.

Reward for completing this step:
2,150 Coins and 50 XP
Decor item unlocked

Add the Icing & ? Goals (BS)

This is another set of game install goals for the game World War. I don't like this game at all, but I like Gems so I am playing it to get the gems :)

I am assuming that the second goal in this pair will offer 3 Gems upon completion but I will not know until I finish the first goal here:

• Reach level 15 in World War

Phelps Helps Goal, Step 3 "Lifeguard Luncheon" (BS)

This is the third step in the Phelps Helps set of goals for Bakery Story World Edition. There is one more step after this one is complete and then you unlock a decor item. This step also requires the use of Gems unfortunately.

Lifeguard Luncheon goal requirements:

• Place 12 Wall Tiles --can be any wall tiles, and another goal requires 12 wall tiles so you can kill two birds with one stone here, can skip for 60 Gems.
• Serve 25 Silver Cookies (on the World Games Oven, a 6 hour recipe), can skip for 25 Gems (1 Gem per recipe).
• Have 1 Water Polo Hippo (costs 16 Gems), can skip for 5 Gems.

Reward for completing this step:
2,150 Coins and 50 XP

Tracking Tastes Goal, Step 3 "One Ring" (BS)

This is the third and final goal of the Tracking Tastes set of goal, which unlocks this pretty decor item.

One Ring goal requirements:

•  Have 1 Pole Vault Couch (costs 80,000 Coins), can skip for 5 Gems.
• Obtain 8 World Games Paints, these must be requested from your neighbors, can skip for 40 Gems, 5 Gems per request.
• Place 12 wall tiles --these can be any wallpapers that you don't already own, can skip for 60 Gems, 5 Gems per wall tile.

Reward for completing this goal:
1,770 Coins and 30 XP
Decor item is unlocked

Bakery Story Mastering Foods Checklist

I am a visual person so it helps me to have a checklist for certain things. I decided to make a check list of all the foods in Bakery Story so that you can check off recipes as you earn the 2 Gems for the recipes. I will do my best to keep the checklist updated with new recipes as they are added to the game, but I left a bunch of spaces at the end so you don't have to reprint your check list often, you can just write in the new foods as they are added.

Tracking Tastes Goal, Step 2 "Perfect 10" (BS)

This is the second goal in the Tracking Tastes set of goals for Bakery Story World Edition. This one is a pretty easy step.

Perfect 10 Goal Requirements:

• Serve 10 Silver Cookies (on the World Games oven, a 6 hour recipe), can skip for 10 Gems (1 Gem per recipe skipped).
• Obtain 5 Judge Placards, must request these from your neighbors, I am sure you can skip this step, but it costs LOTS of gems to skip any goals that require neighbors.
• Have 1 High Jump Shelf (costs 32,000 Coins) can skip for 5 Gems.

Reward for completing this step:
1,770 Coins and 30 XP

Ten's The Order & Sharing the Sweet Goal (BS)

This is another pair of game install goals that go with the Pet Hotel Story game. At the end of this pair of goals, you receive 3 Gems.

Ten's the Order goal requirement:

• Reach level 10 in Pet Hotel Story

 There is no goal for this part of the goal pair, but the next goal offers gems.

Sharing the Sweet goal requirement:

•  Visit 1 other bakery

Reward for completing this step:
3 Gems and 3 XP

Cupcake Day & Molar Dilemma Goals (BS)

This is the next in a series of game install goals about City Story Metro. You get 3 Gems when you complete the second goal in this pair of goals.

Cupcake Day goal requirements:

• Reach level 12 in City Story Metro -this game is super easy. I just tap a couple of things each time I get back on my phone. I WILL NOT put money into any of these extra games  that the Bakery Story peeps are trying to force onto us, but I will just play them a bit to get the gems for BS :)

There is no reward for completing this goal, but there is a second gold in this set.

Molar Dilemma goal requirements:

• Buy any decoration

Reward for completing this pair of goals:
3 Gems and 3 XP

Good Taste in Laws & Pep it Up Goals (BS)

I am missing screen caps for these, but I am pretty sure the first goal was to reach level 7 in City Story Metro. For sure it was to reach a certain level in the game, but I am just not sure of the level. Whatever the case, once your reach the level and do the second goal, this pair of goals gives you 3 Gems.

Pep it Up goal requirements:

• Buy any decoration - I just bought the cheapest thing.

Reward for this pair of goals:
3 Gems and 3 XP

Recipe Unlocked: Podium Cake (BS)

I was able to unlock this recipe today so here are the Podium Cake recipe details. This recipe is for the regular oven and it at the VERY END of the recipes listed, so you have to keep scrolling until you get to the end and find it. This recipe is now included in the Bakery Story Food Master List.

This pair of goals appears after the goals for installing Dragon Story. This pair of goals gives you 3 Gems.

Sweet Destiny goal requirements:

• Reach level 7 in Dragon Story. --this game is pretty cute, but I am not sure I will play it for very long.

Once the first goal is complete, a second goal appears. I deleted the screen cap accidentally so I am not sure the name of this one.

• Buy any one decoration --I just bought a cheap decor item that I liked :)

This pair of goals gives 3 Gems as a reward.
