Have 2 Rose Ovens (I think you have to collect the parts and build them for them to count for this goal), can skip for 2 Gems -- Just build them because you will need them for future goals anyway :)
Buy 4 Golden Heart Wallpapers (costs 15,000 Coins each), can skip for 8 Gems.
Buy 8 Love Heart Floor Tiles (costs 15,000 Coins each), can skip for 16 Gems.
