This goal appears after the Just for Her goal is completed for Bakery Story. This one takes a while so start building those Rose Ovens :)
Bumpy Rose to Love goal requirements:
Bake 30 Pink Rose Cupcakes (a 6 hour recipe on the Rose Oven), can skip for 15 Gems.
Serve 30 Pink Rose Cupcakes (these can be the same 30 cupcakes), can skip for 30 Gems.
Reward for completing this goal:
2,660 Coins and 85 XP
