It takes goals in order to unlock and then later build Ivy's House. Below is a list of the items that Ivy's House requires for building it:
6 Fancy Beams
8 Super Glue
20 Living Wood
40 Glimmer Dust
Ivy's House doesn't collect very often, but when you collect from it, it gives some of the more rare items like the living wood.
