Stormy Weather Goal (BS)

This goal must be part of the goal or goals that unlock the Snowy Counter needed for a different goal.

Stormy Weather Goal
Ask Neighbors for 4 Cooking Sheets, can skip for Gems, you must request these from your neighbors. These must have been required for a different goal sometime in the past because my goal was already complete when I opened it up.
Serve 4 Red Velvet Cookies (a 3 hour recipe on the regular ovens), can skip for 4 Gems.
