Master Meets Pupil goal requirements:
Spend 25,000 Coins to Fix Heater, just click Pay and the money is taken from your bank, can skip for 10 Gems.
Ask Neighbors for 8 Fresh Snow Water, must request these from your neighbors, can skip for 8 Gems.

Reward for competing this goal:
1,620 Coins and 90 XP
