An Unexpected Call Goal (BS)

This goal appears after the Keeping Busy Goal is complete in Bakery Story.

An Unexpected Call Goal requirements:
Ask 4 Neighbors to help push, must ask your neighbors for this, can skip for 20 Gems.
Pay 30,000 Coins for Snow Tires (just press the Pay button to pay this), can skip for 5 Gems.

Reward for completing this goal:
4,650 Coins and 160 XP
