Party Time! Goal (RS)

This is the first step in the Party Time! series of goals for Restaurant Story.  Please note that there is also a Party Time! goal for Bakery Story so make sure you are looking at the right one :)

Party Time! goal requirements:

• Buy 2 Pumpkin Sconces (cost 16,000 Coins each), can skip for 2 Gems.
• Spend 45,000 Coins on Decorating (I think these can be spent on the new appliances also so just buy one of each new appliance and you are done!), can skip for 5 Gems.  Personally, I wouldn't skip this one with Gems because everything you purchase counts towards this so you will complete this goal in no time.

Reward for completing this goal:
740 Coins and 10 XP
