This is the Unexpected Guest Goal for Bakery Story.

An Unexpected Guest goal requirements:
Have 2 Tea Time Ovens (one is given to you already built and you must build another one), can skip for 8 Gems, but don't skip this one because you will need the oven for goals later.
Ask 6 neighbors for Fancy Silverware (must request this from your neighbors), can skip for 30 Gems.

Reward for completing this goal:
3,200 Coins and 90 XP
