Anti-Hunger Team Step 2, "Tuna Ticket Surprise" (RS)

This is the second step in the Anti-Hunger Team Goal in RS. This one is called Tuna Ticket Surprise and it only has 2 sub-steps!

• Serve 3 Tuna Makki (take 8 hours per recipe), can skip for 12 Gems (4 Gems per recipe).
• Obtain 12 Romantic Movie Tickets, you have to ask your neighbors for these, can skip for 24 Gems (2 Gems per item request).

Recipes Locked By Goal BS Valentine Edition

There are 4 recipes that are locked by goal that I have seen on the BS Valentine Edition, Chocolate Pineapple (on the Chocolate Fruit Dip appliance), Dark Dusted Truffles (on the Truffle Maker appliance), and the two shown below: Molten Lava Cake and Love Muffins.

Truffle Marker Recipes (BS)

There are two recipes that show up for the Truffle Maker in BS.

White Truffles are available to cook as soon as you complete the machine.  The Dark Dusted Truffles recipe is locked and must be unlocked by completing the goals.

Costs 800 Coins
Earns 3,375 Coins and 56 XP

Between Friends, Step 3 "The Ultimate Dip" (BS)

This is the third and final step in the Between Friends Goal in BS, and once completed, it unlocks the Chocolate Pineapple recipe!!

The Ultimate Dip Requirements:

• Serve 20 Strawberry Cheesecakes (takes 4 hours each recipe), can skip for 20 Gems (1 Gem per recipe)
• Serve 5 Green Tea Scoops (I think these take 4 hours each recipe, but it could be 8 hours), can skip for 10 Gems (2 Gems per recipe)
• Complete the Chocolate Fruit Dip appliance, which means you have to ask your friends for all the parts or pay 2 Gems per part to complete the machine.

Reward for completing this step:
New Chocolate Pineapple recipe! YAY!!

Between Friends, Step 2 "Dual Visits" (BS)

Once the first step in the Between Friends goal in BS is complete, the second step is called Dual Visits.

Dual Visits requirements:

• Serve 40 Blueberry Muffins (takes 15minutes per recipe), can skip for 40 Gems (one Gem per recipe).
• Leave 30 Community tips, so easy, just visit your neighbors and leave tips, you can leave 6 tips per neighbor so you really only have to visit 5 neighbors, can skip for 10 Gems (1 Gem per 3 tips)
• Obtain 2 Scoops of Sugar, must ask your neighbors for this, can skip for 10 Gems (5 Gems per item request).

Cook From The Heart, Step 2 "Silver Screen" (RS)

This is Step 2 of the Cook From the Heart Goal in RS. It is called Silver Screen and has three sub-steps.

Silver Screen requirements:

• Serve 40 Burritos (take 6 hours per recipe), can skip for 40 Gems (1 Gem per recipe)
• Obtain 10 Movie Tickets, have to ask neighbors for these, can skip for 20 Gems (2 Gems per item request).
• Serve 40 Boiled Lobsters (takes 16 hours per recipe, can skip for 30 Gems (less than 1 Gem per recipe. (I plan on cooking these until I get sick of waiting any longer lol, then using Gems for the rest of whatever is left at that point).

Fruit Chocolate Dip Parts Requirements (BS)

In the Valentine Edition (and maybe the regular editing too, I don't know), two new appliances came out!  Both appliances are constructable appliances, which means you need to obtain the parts to build these appliances from your neighbors (either receiving them as gifts, or requesting them). Also, you can purchase the parts outright using Gems. Each appliance costs 10,000 Coins each.

A Straight 'Stache Goal, Step 1 (BS)

One of the new goals for Bakery Story Valentine Edition is "A Straight 'Stache". This goal has three sets of steps. When you complete all the steps, you unlock a new recipe!!  This recipe is one for the oven, I think called Heart Muffin or Love Muffin.

A Straight 'Stache Requirements

• Obtain 1 Mustache Wax, you have to ask your neighbors for this, can skip for 5 Gems.
• Serve 10 Lattes (takes 1 day each recipe), can skip for 10 Gems, 1 Gem per recipe. Another goal calls for Lattes so I wouldn't skip this one since each recipe counts towards two goals.
• Serve 20 Red Velvet Cookies (takes 3 hours per recipe), can skip for 15 Gems (less than 1 Gem per recipe).

Between Friends Requirements

• Place one Fruit Chocolate Dip, you just have to buy it for $10,000 Coins. You do NOT have to get all the parts for it for this particular step (but I am sure another goal will have you complete all the parts for it). Can skip for 5 Gems. DO NOT SKIP!! You will most likely have to build it for a goal, or even cook on it for a goal.
• Serve 30 Chocolate Cakes (take 1 hour each), can skip for 30 Gems (1 Gem per recipe). If you will notice, the Pardon My French goal, step 1 also has Chocolate Cake as a requirement. Don't skip this or you will be paying twice for Chocolate Cake. When you cook one Chocolate cake, it counts for BOTH goals with this Chocolate Cake requirement.
• Obtain 3 Heartfelt Valentines, you have to ask your neighbors for these, can skip for 12 (4 Gems per item request).

One of the new goals for Bakery Story Valentine Edition is Pardon My French. This goal has three sets of steps. When you complete all the steps, you unlock some sort of decor item.

Pardon My French Requirements

• Serve 5 Vanilla Scoops (takes 2 days each recipe), can skip for 15 Gems (3 Gems per recipe). I was REALLLLLY bummed about this recipe taking 2 days and costing 3 Gems each skip. I will probably just do this after I complete all the other goals, or just not at all. . .
• Serve 20 Chocolate Cakes (takes 1 hour each recipe), can skip for 20 Gems (1 Gem per recipe).
• Obtain 5 Valentine Gifts, have to ask your neighbors for these, can skip for 10 Gems (2 Gems per item request).

One of the new goals for Bakery Story Valentine Edition is Enter Jean-Pierre. This goal has three sets of steps. When you complete all the steps, you unlock a recipe!! These are my favorite goals because I love new recipes!!

• Place Truffle Maker, you just have to buy it for $10,000 Coins. You do NOT have to get all the parts for it for this particular step (but I am sure another goal will have you complete all the parts for it). Can skip for 5 Gems. DO NOT SKIP!! You will most likely have to build it for a goal, or even cook on it for a goal.
• Serve 20 Valentine Cookies (takes 1 day each recipe), can skip for 20 Gems (1 Gem per recipe).

Weekly Update for Restaurant Story

I received the weekly update for Restaurant Story last night! I totally love one of the items in particular.

The limited item is a Valentine Fountain for 42 Gems, pretty steep, but really adorable.

Valentine Divider, this is the item I absolutely love!!!! So adorable! I will be adding these to my restaurant for sure.

I am pretty sure I saw both the Heart Statue and Valentine Candelabra last week, but the pop up said the Candelabra was new. Either way, these two are both costly Gem items, so I won't be getting them for my restaurant.

Bakery Story: Valentine Edition

I just installed Bakery Story: Valentine Edition 2012 and am very excited to get started on it! There is so much pink and red cuteness in this version & lots of new recipes and decor items to unlock by the goals.

Unlocked Recipe for RS Chocolate Pretzels

I am so excited that I was able to unlock the Chocolate Pretzels recipe!! YAY!!  This is a recipe for the Oven appliance.

Even more exciting is that it is only a 4 hour recipe! I hate that so many of the recipes are over 8 hours! Some 6 and 8 hour recipes are good, but not so many. I really like 1 hour recipes, so I can set all my appliances for 1 hour foods and do something and come back to it, kind of like a timer :)
